ACTSyracuse (Apostolic Center for Training at Syracuse) is pleased to announce:

Sun and Moon Ministries will be holding a  meeting on the 2nd Friday of each month @ 7PM at the Healing Rooms location. 

The Sun and Moon Ministry name is derived from Jeremiah 31:35-36:

"Thus says the LORD, who gives the sun for light by day and the fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar; the LORD of hosts is His name. If this fixed order departs from before Me," declares the LORD, "Then the offspring of Israel also will cease from being a nation before Me forever."

The purpose of this initial meeting is to develop focus, but going forward to understand the current situation in Israel and to restore the understanding of Jewish roots of the Gospel. We will also discuss the elements of the early church which were lost and and have not as yet been restored. In addition, we  will be watching the video series "Against All Odds" about the miracles that occurred while Israel fought for their independence and protection.

 The mission of Sun and Moon Ministries is to:

1. Teach and impart an understanding of the Hebraic Roots of Christianity to the Church.

2. Support and love Israel and the Jewish community by demonstrating that support and love, word and deed.

3. Establish an understanding of and to build a foundation of the truth of Biblical Judaism and Christianity.

4. Ultimately build a  dialogue between Jews and the Church.

2. Those who bless Israel will be blessed. Those who curse Israel will be cursed.

3. Messiah will not return until the Jewish people cry "Baruch...", "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord."

4. Jesus was born a Jew, lived a Jew and died a Jew. Therefore, anti-Semitism is anti-Christ.
